About Rocksure
Rocksure Capital S.L. is a boutique development company in Jávea, deliberately keeping a limited number of homes in progress at once. Every home is ours, from purchase to sale: our own money, our own risk, our own standard.
Who we are
We are both developer and owner. Every home we sell, we first bought, designed and renovated ourselves. There is no client between us and the result. What stands there, we decided. You can hold us to that.
From the Netherlands to Jávea
The team behind Rocksure developed property in the Netherlands for fifteen years, completing more than fifty projects across renovation and new build. With that knowledge and skill we moved to Jávea, to bring the Northern European standard to Spanish homes.
What we stand for
Material, specification and control determine the result: natural stone, lime plaster, solid joinery, installations done right. The Mediterranean identity of each house is protected and refined; the finish follows the Northern European standard our buyers are used to.
Jávea as home market
Our territory is small by choice: Jávea and the Costa Blanca, between the Montgó and the sea. It makes for sharper decisions when we select our homes.
