2. Purpose and terms of use

This website provides corporate and commercial information about Rocksure Capital S.L., including residential property investment, refurbishment and development in Xàbia/Jávea and the northern Costa Blanca. Access and browsing confer user status and imply acceptance of this notice to the extent permitted by law.

Users must use the site lawfully and diligently and respect the rights of Rocksure Capital S.L. and third parties. Introducing malicious code, attempting to access restricted areas, disrupting the site or using its content for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

3. Property information, advertising and visualisations

General descriptions, floor areas, plans, specifications, photographs, infographics, renders, furniture, landscaping, views and other visual material may be illustrative or reflect a particular stage of a project. Architectural visualisations will be identified as such. The completed project may show differences justified by the approved design, permits, technical requirements, material availability or changes lawfully and contractually permitted.

However, describing information as “informative”, “indicative” or “non-contractual” does not exclude, reduce or alter mandatory pre-contract information or any binding effect that applicable law gives to an offer, promotion, advertisement, specification, economic condition or guarantee. Where an advertised condition is more favourable to a consumer than the contract, mandatory consumer law will apply.

Before entering into a purchase commitment, the interested person will receive or have access to the information and documentation legally required for the relevant development and property. Reservations, deposits and purchases are governed by their specific documents and applicable law, without prejudice to the legal effect of prior information and advertising.

4. Prices, availability and finance

Where prices are displayed, the relevant page must clearly state the applicable price, included and excluded items, legally applicable taxes and costs, and any basic financing terms or protection for advance payments where required. Availability may change until a binding commitment exists, but published information must remain truthful, objective and up to date.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the texts, designs, trade marks, logos, photographs, videos, plans, renders, software and other website content belong to Rocksure Capital S.L. or are used with the owners’ permission. 9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory rules protecting users or consumers in their country of residence. Disputes will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable procedural law. Consumers are not required to submit to a venue other than the one granted to them by law.

10. Languages and updates
