One design vision
Architecture, kitchens, bathrooms, floors and the interior are decided together, by one team. The Mediterranean identity of the house is protected and refined; the execution follows the Northern European standard our buyers are used to.
Specification in advance
Every specification is defined in advance: materials, installations, finishes, down to the door hardware. What is defined is what is delivered. You know what you are buying, before you buy.
Execution with regular partners
We build with regular suppliers and contractors. Short lines of communication, quality we know and exacting control on site, throughout the build.
Completion and handover
If you wish, a Rocksure home can be delivered complete: specified, controlled and ready for use. What you buy is defined in advance, not improvised along the way.
